The large crowd at the New Patriotic Party [NPP]’s manifesto launch grounds last Sunday at the International Trade Fair Centre has become the topic in recent days.
This has allegedly caused fear and panic in the camp of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC).
Member of Parliament (MP) for Bantama, Henry Kwabena Kokofu in a panel discussion on UTV’s ‘Adekye Nsroma’ claims the gargantuan crowd is evident that people are yearning for change.
“I have never seen such crowd at our party’s manifesto launch ever since I was born, which is indirectly telling the world how the party would be victorious come December 7”.
To him, “our manifesto explains a total solution to the problems facing Ghanaians”.
Meanwhile, Joseph Ade Coker, Greater Accra Regional Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) has debunked claims his party is shaken by the massive crowd at the NPP manifesto launch. According to him, "we are busily campaigning".

NPP PEOPLE ARE JOKERS AND EMPTY BARRELS MAKING NOISE AND THERE. YOU SEE THAT NDC IS NOT MAKING NOISE LIKE YOU? THAT SHOWS THE MATURITY IN THEM. YOU WILL BE SHOCKPRISE COME DEC. 7. JUST WAIT! JM TOASO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Mr. Kokofu, you organised festival celebrations in the streets of Accra in so everyone expect that people will be there chill during that weekend. Try that in Tamale or Sunyani Stadium and see if you will half of the the stadium full. Just keep fooling yourselves. The real test is coming on December 7. Watch out!
pls we shouldn't be deceved by the crowds dat we see.wat matters is the vote.
The great deception. Mark it, NPP will lose and we will retire Nana this year. NPP insults welcome.
Keep deceiving yourselves of street crowds, try organise that type of rally outside crowded areas in Accra like NDC did in Cape Coast at the stadium then you can measure your size. Accra is a densely populated area and if you organise such a carnaval celebrations in streets and call it manifesto launch then you need to re-think. That so called crowd can not help your Nana.
Onyemi Ade, aawie ni w)k33 w) nuuu. Afi n33 w))tsake mli, ni W)kw3 n)ni Ataa Naa Ng)gm)) baafe eha w). This is Jewish.
NPP watch out for the diversion of attention by EC/NDC.
Let the NPP communicators all over talk about their MANIFESTO and not the EC disqualification of parties. IT IS A BIG PLOY TI DIVERT ATTENTION! WATCH OUT NPP! Don't fall to the evil plans of EC/NDC
We saw such crowd for the NPP in 2008. They even hijacked all TV stations, yet they lost. Because of the insults which NPP supporters hurl on people who support the NDC, many people are quiet BUT they know what to do with the thumb come December 7. JM Toaso
