The founder and leader of Movement for Change, Alan Kyerematen is considering forming a youthful government if elected as president in the December 7 polls.
He assured 50 percent of his appointees would come from the youth in his attempt to form an innovative cabinet to ensure Ghana's development.
Mr Alan Kyerematen in a Facebook post shared his experience as a young person who took up a leadership position - the reason he wants to give similar opportunities to the youth in his government.
“At the age of 22, I became a manager of UAC, now Unilever Ghana Limited, marking the start of a journey that shaped my vision for Ghana's future. Rising swiftly through the ranks, I learned the value of determination and innovation.”
“We can harness fresh perspectives and foster innovation”, he said.
Mr Alan Kyerematen further said he aims to empower more youth and create opportunities for them.
“Together, we can build a future where every Ghanaian has the opportunity to thrive,” he noted.
The Movement for Change leader, however, express readiness to lead the country into a new era of prosperity and progress.

Very mischievous caption from Peacefm!! Alan team whatout
These kind of poor thinkings are the reason why Ghana is where it is now. Are MPs elected to serve Ghana or their political parties? We have not yet experienced a serious government, wait until we get one and see!
Where is this Alan guy going to get MPs from to execute his programmes? This guy is a traitor. His political career is over.
You these NPP folks, you pounce on anyone who disagrees with your corruption infested government and party. Who in this NPP is as noble as Alan? And all things being equal, who in their right sense will vote for Bawumia when Alan is on the same ballot?
Hahahahahahahaha You were born with silver spoon in your mouth. Your father was a leading figure in Ghana. The youth you are addressing never had that background. Probably your father used his position to secure you a lucrative job after financing you in school. What have you done for the youth since then? A sel--fish being like you. Abro person !!!!!!
Mr. Destroyer! Mr. if it is not Alan, then it should be nobody! You thought leading the NPP is 'adurumeso'? Your poliical carrier has ended like Mr. Wreko Brobey (Tarzan)!
