The Black Stars will arrive in Port Elizabeth on Thursday, four days before they play their opening match at the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations.
The Ghana team will leave their training camp in Abu Dhabi on Wednesday and will arrive in the South African capital Johannesburg later in the night.
The Black Stars will spend the night in Johannesburg before travelling to Port Elizabeth the following day.
Ghana will start its participation in the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations on 20 January when they take on DR Congo in Port Elizabeth.
They will also play Mali and Niger in their Group B matches.
