The guardsman has noted the Pharaohs cannot be easily undervalued and once the Black Stars go into the play-offs a determined side, victory will be theirs in October.
Ghana defender Harrison Afful has said the Black Stars need to show a lot of respect to Egypt in the 2014 World Cup play-offs.
The guardsman said the Pharaohs will leave no stone unturned when they visit Ghana on the weekend of 11-15 October in the first leg fixture.
I trust our players will do well and well qualify. We should not underrate the Egyptians, the Esperance rear man told Happy FM. Every team that meets Ghana plays differently so we should not underrate them at all.
The Caf Champions League winner advised his national team-mates to grab the first opportunity that comes their way on home soil since the seven-time African champions are capable of frustrating their opponents after the first 15 minutes.
He added: We need the early goals and that should be in our first game else they will frustrate us. We have done our homework well and Im very sure our toil will pay off as we face Egypt.
