Black Stars trainer Kwesi Appiah insists goalkeeper Richard Kingson is in top shape ahead of the World Cup playoffs against Egypt on Tuesday.
Kingson trained with his colleagues on Wednesday morning after arriving in the country a night earlier.
There have been huge upheaval over his return to the team with his reflexes and agility coming under the spotlight.
But Kwesi Appiah says the Doxa last line of defense is in fine form to be in post.
He (Richard Kingson) is in top shape. He is a fine player who deserves support, Appiah said.
I went to Cyprus to watch him and I have no doubt in my mind that he is a good addition to the squad.
We have to encourage him rather than condemn him.
