The Ghana Football Association has scheduled Wednesday January 7, 2015 as the date for the start of 2014/2015 Ghana Premier League season.
The First Capital Plus Premier League which was scheduled to begin in September was halted by a court case filed by King Faisal FC which prevented the GFA from holding its annual congress to usher in the new season.
However after an Accra Human Rights Court dismissed the club’s application for an injunction, the GFA can now go ahead to hold its congress and begin the new football season.
The GFA congress has also been scheduled for Tuesday December 30 at the Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence, Prampram.
