Ghana FA President Kwesi Nyantakyi says he will be at the Accra Sports Stadium for the CAF Confederations Cup match between Accra Hearts of Oak and Esperance.
Nyantakyi who had earlier hinted at snubbing Hearts of Oak games at the arena after a verbal assault on him by some fans during the team’s Confederations Cup second round game with AC Djoliba of Mali.
The affable football administrator had given a clear indication of boycotting games involving Hearts of Oak at the Stadium until investigation have been undertaken on the issue.
This however raised calls for him to rescind his decision following his role in the development of football in the country.
The CAF executive committee member has declared his intention to witness the game on Saturday.
“I will be at the stadium on Saturday to support Hearts of Oak play Against Esperance” He told Happy Fm.
Hearts take on the Tunisia champions in the reverse fixture of the CAF Confederations Cup after losing 4-0 in the first leg clash in Tunis.
The Rainbow Club will need a convincing score-line in other to progress to the Group stage of the competition.
