Black Stars midfielder Emmanuel Agyemang-Badu has revealed that the playing body of the senior national team determines their winning bonuses.
The Udinese enforcer has divulged that their match winning bonuses are not negotiated by the Ghana Football Association (GFA).
“I have been with the team for eight years now and what I know is that we [players] determine the winning bonuses to take in returns,” he revealed to Kumasi-based radio station OTEC FM.
“And no FA official decides on our bonuses budget despite their presence in our meetings with the ministry.”
Ghana booked a ticket to next year’s Africa Cup of Nations to be held in Gabon after beating Mauritius 2-0 on Sunday.
The Black Stars will begin their 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifiers in few months.
