The Local Organising Committee of the 13th African Games, dubbed Accra 2023, has launched the mascot for the games.
The mascot has become one of the key brands and identities of the African Games and by extension, the corporate identity of the Local Organising Committee and the African Union. And, also becomes the main marketing tool for organising and hosting the African Games.
Mascots are very useful elements of branding and consumer engagement and have a myriad of helpful benefits to the successful marketing and promotion of the games which are being hosted by just the second time in West Africa.
