Ivory Coast have qualified to the semi-final of the 2013 African Junior Championship in Morocco after their final group game with Ghana ended in a stalemate.
The Black Starlets needed a win to qualify to the last-four phase of the tournament ongoing in Morocco after Nigeria demolished Congo 7-0 in the other Group B fixture.
The game ended 0-0 at the Stade Mohamed V in Casablanca leaving the Ghanaians with just two points after three games.
The Ghana Under-17 side lifted their game in their third game of the championship and pushed further throughout proceedings, but their finishing could not yield any meaningful results.
The final results could not help the Ghanaians to progress to the next phase after succumbing to Nigeria 6-1 in their first game and drawing 1-1 with Congo in their second match.
Nigeria, who topped Groupu B with six points and Cote d�Ivoire who came second with five, qualified to the semi-final whiles Morocco and Tunisia made it from Group A.
