Businessman Alfred Agbeshi Woyome at the centre of the controversial GH 51.2 million judgment debt has tendered in evidence a letter that requested for the inclusion of Shanghai group in the already ended tender process for CAN 2008.
This piece of evidence was opposed to by the prosecution because Mr Woyome is not the author of the document and the custodian of the said document.
The prosecution argued that the document is not relevant.
But the court presided over by Justice John Ajet-Nassam rejected the objection noting that the document in contention is relevant because of its source.
