The Ministry of Health is sourcing for funds for the construction of a polyclinic or hospital at Ablekuma North. The Deputy Minister of Health, Mr. Rojo Mettle Nunoo made this known in Parliament following a question by Hon. Justice Joe Appiah, MP for Ablekuma North.
The MP wanted to know when the Ministry will construct a polyclinic in his constituency to serve his constituents. Mr. Mettle Nunoo said the AMA Health Directorate acquired a parcel of land belonging to the Defunct GNTC in Ablekuma North in 2008 for the project. However Hon. Justice Appiah, MP for Ablekuma North told the Minister that there is no such land in Ablekuma North for the project.
