Hahahaaaa , public holidays minister. The capital town of your home region is becoming unsafe to live in of late. Within a matter of months about 4 killings of innocent civilians have taken place. Not long ago an immigration officer was shot dead in your own village and up to date the security agencies have no clues as to who the criminals are. You need to sit up. Dead people don't celebrate holidays, holidays are for the living. People are just interested in being appointed ministers but as to what is expected of a minister, that is their back case. In countries where ministers know what is expected of them, majority of the current ministers would have resigned because they have failed miserably as far as their mandate is concerned.
