The highest court in the land has ruled that it was �fair comment� for the opposition party to call the president of South Africa, Jacob Zuma, a thief.
The Constitutional Court set aside an earlier Electoral Court order to declare that the Democratic Alliance was within its rights to send a text message to 1.5 million people before last year�s election saying that President Zuma �stole money� to pay 246 million rand � about �14 million � for improvements to his country home, called Nkandla
