The United Nations Resident Coordinator for Ghana, Her Excellency Christine Evans-Klock has paid a courtesy call on the Minister for Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration, Hon. Shirley Ayokor Botchwey (MP).
Hon. Shirley Ayorkor Botchwey and Her Excellency Christine Evans-Klock discussed among other things the work of the United Nations Agencies in Ghana as well as preparations towards the celebration of this year’s United Nations Day in Ghana, which is scheduled for October 24, 2018.
Her Excellency Evans-Klock commended Ghana for putting together a befitting state funeral for the widely admired former United Nations Secretary-General and a great son of Ghana, Late H.E Kofi Annan.
