Lawyer and Host of News Analysis show on Joy FM's Newsfile programme, Sampson Lardy Ayenini has disclosed in an interview with Kwami Sefa Kayi that the two journalists working with Modernghana.com have not been charged.
The two; Emmanuel Britwum and Emmanuel Ajarfuor Abugri were arrested by National Security operatives for pulishing a story about Albert Kan-Dapaah, Minister of National Security.
Other reports indicated that they were arrested for engaging in cybercrime.
However, Samson Lardy speaking on Peace FM's morning show 'Kokrokoo', described the cybercrime allegation as an afterthought.
"As I speak to you right now, they have not been charged," he added.
