What is wrong with that Esi Mansah? Ghana has about 30m citizens. What if the shipment was for all the doses for 30mil. Have you thought of the logistics? This is not pancake, where you line up individuals, to give their portion. Quit being negative, else go stick your head where the sun does not shine.
Considering the population of Ghana about 25mil. Is the government of Ghana not even ashamed for the first 600 Coronavirus Vaccines for the country??? Why even this jubilation of recieving of the Vaccines at the Accra Airport. I believe the Akofo-Addos government must be transparent to Ghanaians about the negotiations of the Covid Vaccines into the country. There must be much education on the side effects of this covid vaccines in order for Ghanaians to have much confidence with the operations of the innoculations. 600 Covid vaccines for a third world country like Ghana is insufficient. It is deeply unjust that the most vulnerable countries are forced to wait and to have a lower percentage of doses while Some rich countires have ordered enough to vacinate their population many times over - even taking into account single and double does vaccines. It is very clear that Ghana got the vaccines through donations from China and Russia or through the international and regional regimes. Therefore it is also the moral responsibility of the NPP Government to seek and negotiate direct purchases from manufactures, such as the global Covax initiative , Sinopharm, Sputnik and Moderna. Some Ghanaians have questions about the vaccine and its side effects. The most common side effects generally are milf frvrt, chills, headaches, fatigue and muscles aches. Please, Ghanaians need clear mapped out explanations before the innoculation day starts. Thank You
