Meanwhile Ghana's so called politicians will soon apply for a ' Condolences loan'. Don't give them. They represent themselves not the ordinary Ghanaian. When they come ask them to account for the many loans and grants you have given them, they will run away. This time any assistance to Ghana should be implemented by British personnel, come with your own staff, do the supervision, implementation and payments yourself and compare with the earlier support you gave to Ghana. Don't ever entertain any so called transaction adviser, they are conmen .
