Henry Neequaye, 41, who posed as a staff of National Security had been put been put before a circuit court in Nsawam. His plea was not taken and was remanded to reappear on November 24.
The Nsawam Municipal Police Commander, Deputy Superintendent of Police Alex Kojo Wowolo was going round the area telling people to submit application letters to him to assist them to gain employment in the Police Service, Customs and Exercise Preventive Service (CEPS) and the military.
Neequaye claimed he could get them employment at the ministries, Blue Skies Company at Nsawam, Immigration Service and the Nsawam Cannery.
When Neequaye was confronted he could not produce an identity card and when a search was conducted on him at the Nsawam Police Station two application letters for employment into the Immigration Service were found on him.The suspect was arraigned before the Nsawam Circuit Court on
Mr Wowolo said the suspect was arrested in 2004 for posing as a medical doctor at the Nsawam Government Hospital and another time presented himself as pathologist at the same hospital.
