The final funeral rites of Mr Samuel Anabah Abane, a journalist with the Enquirer Newspaper, would take place at Bolgatanga from December 9 to December 11.
He was among the 28 people who died on November 26 when a bus they were travelling on from Kumasi to Bolgatanga collided with a Metro Mass Transit bus travelling from Bolgatanga to Tamale.
Mr Mark Wayongo, Upper East Regional Minister, told the Ghana News Agency on Monday that Mr. Abane conducted himself professionally, was meticulous and his stories were balanced.
The Minister said his death was a big blow to the Enquirer Newspaper and the media at large. Mr Abane previously worked with The Chronicle and was a first year student of the University of Ghana, Legon.
