THE NATIONAL youth organizer of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP), Sammy Awuku has said the party is planning to replicate the 'Ya Y3 Den' demonstration held in Kumasi across the before the year ends to cause major turbulence in government.

According to him, the demonstration held in Kumasi is just a tip of the iceberg, adding that many of such demonstrations have been planned to take place to cause political shocks to weaken the government ahead of the 2016 election.

Mr. Awuku stated that "victory for NPP in 2016 is not an option but a must" therefore the party will employ all available means to win the 2016 election.

He said this on Saturday during the launching of a strategic plan by the youth wing of the Akuapem North Constituency of the NPP in the Eastern region at Akropong - Akuapem.

He said the level of mismanagement in government is responsible for the hardship being experienced in the country; hence, Ghanaians are looking onto the NPP in 2016 to save the economy from getting worse.

He urged the youth to refrain from personality attacks ahead of the election of the party flag bearer and instead help in intensifying unity among the party to collectively secure victory in 2016.

The 1st vice national chairman of the NPP, Freddie Blay stated that nothing can change the menace in the government, adding that the only option left for Ghanaians is to vote out the National Democratic Congress and bring the NPP to power.

Mr Blay pointed out that the economy of the country is collapsing and cited reports from FITCH and other economic rating institutions in the world.

He commended the pro-activeness of the youth wing of the party in Akuapem North Constituency ahead of election 2016 and charged them to work hard to increase the vote of the party in the Eastern region since votes secured in both Eastern and Ashanti regions could lead the NPP to victory due to the population index.

The Member of Parliament (MP) for Akropong constituency, William Ofori Boafo entreated the youth to utilize their energy in grassroots campaign, study the dynamics in the grassroots politics and provide timely information to the leadership for collective action.

Other party gurus present included, Frank Annor Dompreh, MP for Nsawam-Adoagyiri constituency, Balado Manu, a former legislator, Rashid Bawa, former Ambassador, David Prah, Kodua, Jerry and Osei Opoku both Eastern regional executives of the party.
