One of the founding members of the UP Tradition, Professor Abrefa Busia of blessed memory would have deserted the NPP if he were alive today - this according to Professor Kwamena Ahwoi is a result of the bad leadership of Nana Akufo Addo which has disintegrated the party leaving most members dissolution and uncertain about their fate in the upcoming general elections.
Professor Kwamena Ahwoi who was addressing a durbar at Subinso in the Wenchi district of the Brong Ahafo region during the NDC campaign tour of the area described Nana Addo's intolerance and vindictive character as very pathetic especially when previous leaders of the Dombo Danquah Busia tradition appeared different.
'Nana Addo has sacked Chairman of his party, Paul Afoko, his General Secretary is nowhere to be found and his Vice Chairman is also out of the party. It demonstrates Nana Addo's incompetence which is a reflection of how bad his leadership will be if he were given the opportunity to govern this country"...he emphasized
Professor Ahwoi who addressed several other mini rallies at Nchiraa, Buoko and Chiraa said President John Mahama has demonstrated his commitment to deliver on his promise and his tolerance nature bonds Ghanaians in spite of our differences.
He assured the people of more development and asked them to retain him in office to guarantee the peace Ghanaians are enjoying.
Julius Debrah On Taking Selfies With Kalyppo
Chief of Staff Julius Debrah who is leading the campaign in the BRONG AHAFO region said while the NDC is busily explaining its manifesto and working on the ground to win votes, the NPP is sitting in Accra taking selfies with Kalypo.
He mocked the NPP flagbearer by suggesting that the fruit drink the tool was manufactured for toddlers and at his age he ought to manage his sugar intake for his own health.
Mr Debrah asked the people of Brong Ahafo whose traditional leaders have openly acknowledged appreciation of the massive development projects in the region to votes massively for the NDC.
Chief of Buoku, Nana Addae Sekyeredu commended President Mahama for the provision of community day senior high schools, power, water and other projects. He however appealed to government to lease part of a forest reserve in the community for other development projects.
The Wednesday campaign tour ended in the evening with an encounter with professionals.
The programme involved showcasing achievements of the President captured in video documentaries on massive infrastructure projects, briefing on the 2016 manifesto and an open forum.
The discussion was led by Deputy Communications Minister, ATO Sarpong, Mr Totobi Kwakye a founding member of the NDC and former head of National Security, Professor Kwamena Ahwoi, the Regional Minister Eric Opoku and the Chief of Staff, Julius Debrah.

Isn't it interesting that a so called Prof campaigns with this cheap message while his living founder and his wife have deserted the ndc? How has your stewardship affected lives? Speak to those issues and stop talking about a situation you created in your opponent's camp. You can't keep a united front yet turn round to attribute it to someone? That will not provide jobs or pay school fees. So Mr Ahwoi i will vote for my future instead of considering the dead. Change is COMING! Change is COMING!! CHANGE IS COMING!!!
These DKM matter; the customers have to be told in the face that they made a wrong invested which has gone bad. Would they be chasing government to come for the excess money if they had succeeded? They should spare our ears. No party should support this move otherwise others may come in various forms in the future and dupe our citizens and turn around to blackmail a sitting government. We have had enough of them. All Ghanaians must condemn their actions although we sympathize with them. They must come to the realization, investment decisions are made by individuals. When you succeed, it goes to your advantage. If you are unsuccessful, you revise your notes for another day.
These matured and seasoned politicians leading the charge for the NDC. Unfortunately, NPP has been left to people like Hopeson Adorye, Sammy Awuku, John Buadu, Bugri Naabu, Agya Koo etc. Aooo NPP!
The NDC founder JJ who is alive have deserted the party. What about that? Because the NDC leaders are all corrupt....
Do not let them deceive you. Look at their stomachs full of stolen monies
THAT IS CORRECT BUT HE WILL EITHER FORM HIS OWN PARTY OR STAND DOWN TILL AKUFFO ADDO DIES. AND WHAT WILL BE THE COMPOSITION OF THE IDEOLOGY. AS IT IS SOMETIMES BAFFLING AS TO WHETHER AKUFFO ADDO HIMSELF HAS ADOPTED THE FASCIST IDEOLOGY, WHICH IS CHASING OUT THE BUSIA FACTION FROM THE NPP.. AND IN WHICH WAY BOTH BUSIA AND NANA ADDO'S IDEAS ARE DIAMETRICALLY OPPOSED TO THAT OF NDC, SO WHY TOUTING A BUSIANIC SEPERATISM.
They take you for "be, be" just as they take us in the Voter Region as "e dey bi". Their gain is our loss.
Thanking you for thinking that the people of the Brong Ahafo region are "mutum banza"
...mush the same way,the founder of NDC has deserted the party of his blood.
We the people of the B/A are anxious to hear how this govt is planning to pay back our monies stolen by DKM with the tacit connivance of the Bank of Ghana, and all we hear is what a dead man called Busia would have done if he were alive? What do these NDC people take us for???
