My attention has been drawn to a story on the front page of the Wednesday October 27, 2016 edition of one of the papers from the NDC propaganda stable, the Herald, under the banner headline "Akufo-Addo Rejected 'Ayigbe Boys' revealed".
This purely fabricated story, as the headline suggests, is typical of the NDC way of doing things: tribal politics. It also reflects the panic that the growing popularity of the NPP in the Volta Region is causing a party that has for decades taking the people of that region for granted.
The Herald mentions me amongst a group of other prominent political figures of the Volta Region which it claims Nana Akufo-Addo has sidelined in the party's quest for power.
For the benefit of any unsuspecting member of the public, let me clarify a few otherwise obvious facts:
1. I am very much a proud and active member of the 2016 NPP Campaign. Even more so I am among the very few privileged party members appointed as an Aide to Nana Akufo-Addo and can be seen travelling with him nationwide and speaking on campaign platforms.
I am humbled that Nana Akufo-Addo appointed me as an Aide.
2. Hon. Kofi Dzamesi is currently the NPP Parliamentary Candidate for the Ketu North Constituency, a member of the National Council and, again, Chairman to one of the powerful Sector Committees of the Party that helped put our 2016 Manifesto - CHANGE - Agenda For Change - together. How any fair minded and professional journalist could describe a man who has elected by the party as a council member and appointed by Nana Akufo-Addo as a sector committee chairman as "rejected" by Akufo-Addo and the NPP beats me.
3. Mr Kenwuud Nuworsu is also a member of the Employment & Labour Committee of the 2016 NPP campaign. He is a prominent face of the party on radio and TV particularly in the Volta Region, where he was a regional chairman.
4. Mr Herbert Krapa, is a typical example of the confidence that Akufo-Addo has in the youth. He served for four years as Nana Akufo-Addo's Press Secretary until he gained admission to study law. It was only after Mr Krapa left, with the full blessings and encouragement of his boss, in his professional pursuit, that Eugene Arhin was appointed to fill the gap. Mr Krapa has since gone through the Ghana School of Law and pursuing his Masters in Laws at the prestigious London School of Economics.
No amount of propaganda can taint the mentorship that young patriots like Herbert, Eugene and myself earn from the great and experienced man.As Campaign Aide, may I assure the Herald and its paymasters that we shall not be detracted from our campaign tour of the Volta region. We are humbled by the open show of massive support from the Chiefs and people of the Volta region.
Thank you
Pius Enam Hadzide
Campaign Aide

Am surprised to hear and see Ashantes seeing Voltarians as a human beings. People elsewhere will believe their words but we those who lives with them knows they doesn't regard us (People from Volta)I have worked at Kumansi,Obuasi, Takoradi and now at Tarkwa so I know what I'm saying. Today that they are seeking for their votes and pretending as if. Even what Kenedy Agyapong said recently is still in our mind.

Pious just keep replying alleged lies with the NPP side of the story. And please avoid the "Volta region should vote NPP to appease Rawlings", that is tribal politics.Tell them your plans for the region while you reply their utterances/articles cautiously.thanks
Larry(Herald editor) and i were juniors to Pius at BIHECO,may be its a friendly fire even though he is a master in propaganda
VOTE FOR NANA ADDO IS YOUR HAPPY
Tribalistic polics is all NDC are into instead of trying to tell us what they will do after they are defeated by Nana, maybe they will go and teach at 123sHS built by JM. Pius u did well by letting ur people know the truth cos NDC like propaganda too much and yet it wont work for them
That is ur wahala ooo defeat is stiring at NDC and dec 7 will be the best day for us to see how these NDC tribalistic folks will act. Thanks pius u said it all right
This is what happens when a party has become so desperate and with massive defeat staring them in the face they will engage in all manner of evil acts to survive. The NDC has become a national disgrace. Respectable persons who join this party are suddenly reduced to creatures that defy description. If the NDC thinks they can win the elections by playing the tribal card then they better think again. Good will prevail over evil in the 2016 election.
Is it not interesting that NDC is PR for Voltarien. By the way, how many voltarien are in Mahama administration. Change is coming
No tribe is practicing TRIBALISM in Ghana now. We are one nation with common identity. Hear Koku Anyidoho speaking. How can one know he is an Ewe. It is only Asiedu Nketiah and Ben Ehpson who preach trabilism. I can swear Asantes and Ewes relate well than most tribes in Ghana.
