Pro-NPP vigilante group, Delta Force, stormed the Kumasi Circuit Court on Thursday to set free members of the group arraigned before court for wreaking chaos at the office of the newly-elected Ashanti Regional Security Coordinator.
The members, 13 in number, were facing charges for causing commotion after forcibly trooping into the office of the newly-elected Ashanti Regional Security Coordinator and ransacking the place some weeks ago.
Presiding Judge, Mary Senkyire had ruled for the suspects to be remanded to appear before court on Thursday, April 20.
But the group went to the court to ensure the Judge overturns the ruling and frees the suspects.
They insisted that the 13 members leave with them as the court was in session.
Sources indicate that but for the intervention of the Police, the group would have nearly brutalized the Judge who was utterly shocked at their behaviour.
She was then ushered into her chamber to avert any assault on her.
The group is said to have vandalized some properties in the court.

We were in the country when The Montie 3 only made some toothless and empty threats just because of Political nuances, and oh my God, NPP and Ghanaians cried CRUXIFY!!! and even demanded the former President Mahama to be cruxified too. What do we now see, people entering our courts and beating up Judges for carrying out thier judiciary and civic duties. The likes of Boko Harama and ISIS are already in Ghana courtesy the NPP. God help Ghana!
these politicians deserve it and more is yet to come, they have not seen nothing yet. What do you need such forces for if you have the police and the military? if NPP gurus should be very careful before they open their big mouths
Kan dapaah must be kicked out.the man is not on top of issues
Sow the wind, reap the whirlwind. So the Bible says. The Delta Force, the Invisibles were all groups created and trained by the NPP in the spirit of "All Die Be Die". They were trained by South African and external mercenaries to cause havoc in Ghana should the NDC be declared the victors. Now, they have unspent energies and they are using it exactly the way they were trained to - to cause mayhem. Nana Akuffo Addo, this is your private army you created to put you in power by hook or crook - deal with it.
ALTHOUGH I AM AN NPP MEMBER I D,ONT SUPPORT SUCH STUPIDDDDD ACT. THIS IS NOT GOOD BEHAVIOR .. WHY SHOULD WE HAVE SUCH FORCE IN OUR COUNTRY .. POLICE SHOULD ARREST THIS GROUP IMMEDIATELY IT IS AGAINST RULES AND REGULATIONS
Thank God NPP won the elections, if it had been the other way round, blood would have still be flowing in Ghana. In fact, this is exactly what they were trained to do in case NDC won the elections.
Talk about this nation wrecking habits and you are NDC, don't talk about it and you are NPP. About ninety percent of these are either regular in church Sundays, midweek etc or in the mosque praying five times in a day......so what should I do.....Hold The Amighty God by his words....when we pray, He must hear us..
NPP did not create this. The system created. think about it
Chairman Wontumi boys are doing this, oh Mother Ghana.NPP will not go beyond 4 years with this.
This is the kind of training they were giving . They have to use their skills on the very people who trained them. Good good, well done Kennedy Agyapong and the NPP. Be ready they will be coming after you one after the other in your homes.
