The appointees are to act pending the receipt of the constitutionally required advice of the governing Boards of the Development Authorities, given in consultation with the Public Services Commission.
The three Development Authorities are tasked with the implementation of the Infrastructure for Poverty Eradication Programme (IPEP) – the Programme which will ensure the disbursement of the equivalent of $1 million per constituency per year, in fulfillment of President Akufo-Addo’s 2016 campaign pledge.

Please let's stop this hypocritical behavior. You have to have a plan in everything you do. Nana Addo cannot do all the job. He is implementing institutions to oversee an every government policies, Now the onus is on Ghanaians to show patriotism and selflessness to make these institutions work. He needs people with the requisite knowledge to man these institutions. If they are found foul of any wrongdoings the special prosecutor is available to deal with them. So please let us support the initiatives of the government. There is nothing like job for the boys. Someone has to do it. A Ghanaian for God's sake.
