The bad blood between former Ningo-Prampram Constituency Member of Parliament E.T. Mensah and his successor, Sam George, appears far from ending.
This is because E.T. Mensah publicly snubbed Sam George when the latter tried to greet him on Saturday, February 23 in the constituency on the sidelines of the voting process in the NDC presidential primary.
Both of them were in the constituency to cast their ballots, but E.T. Mensah walked away as Sam George made frantic attempt to exchange pleasantries with him.
Sam George unseated E.T. Mensah in the NDC parliamentary primary ahead of the 2016 general elections and went on to win the parliamentary seat in the constituency.

I am not a fan of sam George but this snub,if true, is sickening. There was a contest and e.t Mensah lost and because of that he bears grudges with the victor? Come on...this is crass! What is inevitable is that transitions will happen and the baton will pass from the old to the young whether the old are prepared for this reality. Sam George doesn't owe e.t Mensah any curtsies and he does not need to appease him with pleasantries in public or private. E.t should accept his time is past and if he wishes there are really so many things he can contribute to regarding the development of his constituency apart from being a member of parliament.
