General Secretary for the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), John Boadu says his observation during the special voting indicates that some people who successfully went through the special voting process did not show up to vote.
While observing from the Cape Coast North, the NPP Chief Scribe disclosed that out of the 410 people who were captured in the special voters’ register to take part of the special voting on December 1, 2020, only 385 people turned up.
Speaking on Okay FM’s 'Ade Akye Abia' Morning Show, John Boadu noted that 25 people in the special voters’ register did not take part in the special voting on Tuesday in Cape Coast North.
He, however, notified those and any other person who could not take part in the special voting that they cannot vote on December 7, 2020, as their names have been taken from the original voters’ register and polling stations.
