Former President John Mahama, Petitioner in the ongoing election petition has filed a motion at the Supreme Court for leave to reopen his case and to issue a subpoena to have Madam Jean Mensa mount the witness box.
Lawyer Tweneboah Koduah popularly known as lawyer TK in an interview on Peace FM's morning show 'Kokrokoo', said Lawyer Tsatsu Tsikata, lead counsel for former President John Mahama would have to convince the Supreme Court judges on why he wants the case reopened.
"You would need to explain why you want the case reopened . . . you really need to persuade the judges that indeed there is a need to reopen the case," he indicated.

Unfortunately most the NDC supporters don't know this but the lawyers of the petitioner are aware that they need to convince the judges enough for the case to be reopen, If this fail then they will use propaganda and get some ***barred word***/ Professors to disturb our hears with no evidence. You took a case to court with no evidence and wants to use the defendant to prove your case.
