It entails a lot of visionary leadership traits to enable you select competent people for specific positions which go a long way to help you produce the results that make the change to benefit your people. Bawumia was a triumph choice that Nana made. And I bet, Nana, our dear President could foresee that remarkable competence in Bawumia. Oh, God see it through that, NPP as a party, is convinced to acknowledge the urgency to pair the two brilliant and hardworking personalities, Bawumia and Alan. Thus, Alan to vice Bawumia would be a brilliant choice to bring Ghana the development she so dearly needs. Then, both are playing a very critical and strategic role in Nana's administration in terms of working-hard to transforming the old colonial Guggisberg's economy. And indeed, remarkable strides are being chalked up.
