If what? If you don't use violence. You used it in Ayawaso By-election and won; you used it in the 2020 general election with 7 or so casualties and won. To date, because of the silence of good people over these crimes, you are double sure that is the way to go in 2024.
Very very difficult if not impossible. If there is any one individual Ghanaians had a lot of trust and hope in to instill discipline in our body politic, it's Akuffo Addo. Unfortunately he has squandered a golden opportunity to make history for himself. Five years down the road and under his watch Ghana as a country is confused. Nobody knows where the driver is sending the passengers. Simple reshuffle, Akuffo Addo can't do. Finance, roads, agriculture, foreign affairs, transport, trade, national security, interior, Defence, health, same ministers for 5 years and still counting. You ask yourself whether Akuffo Addo learnt anything from kufour as a cabinet minister. Things that don't matter to Ghanaians is what matters to him. Today NPP bigwigs are openly admitting the party is unpopular, If Akuffo Addo were to hand over to John Mahama in January, 2025 he will leave the presidency as the worst president in Ghana's history. That will mean John Mahama with all his negatives is still far better than Akuffo Addo. Almost every day Akuffo Addo supplies the NDC with ammunition to fire in 2024. If your father bequeathed to you a house, if you can't build a new one in addition but at least attach a varenda to the house, you don't pull it down knowing you can't build one. You used kufour policies to campaign to win power, i.e. School feeding, capitation grant, metro mass transport, millennium challenge account, youth employment program, Microsoft finance and small loans centre (masloc), two new stadia in Sekondi and tamale, brand new offices for the presidency, hipc benefits, vibrant private sector, national health insurance, free mass cocoa spraying exercise, discovery of crude oil in commercial quantities, free uniform for basic schools, free maternity care for pregnant women, international good will for Ghana. You were the foreign minister then and saw all these pro poor policies under Kufuor. Apart from free SHS which you are sweating with, you can't do anything to alleviate the plight of the people. Currently every body is complaining, road/ building contractors are not laughing, public sector workers are not laughing, market women are not laughing, university lecturers are not laughing, pastors/ catholic bishops are not laughing, we saw them issue a bitter communique in one of their meetings in a certain region recently about current happenings in the country, suame magazine mechanics are not laughing, Chiefs are not laughing, police, military, fire, prisons officers ,immigration, customs are not laughing. NPP party supporters are not laughing. The only people who are laughing are your ministers, MMDCEs, CEO's , presidential staffers, bodyguards and a few boot lickers and MP's. All these people put together are not up to 2,000 out of a population of 30 million. Currently every statutory payment is in arrears; GETFUND, DACF, NHIS, School feeding, capitation grant, Nabco allowance, national service allowance, budgetary allocation to MDA's ,nil . Where it's giving, it can't even buy power for the office. We produce crude oil but can't afford fuel. Have you ever seen a Fulani man going to buy cow milk to feed his family? Chaaii, our beloved Ghana is in trouble. Almighty God, hu ye mobo. Ye asem he mobo dudu, on top of all these people are still thinking of increasing utility prices. Meanwhile wages and salaries are standing still.
