People should be careful when speaking. If you think John Boadu should be retained, simply justify why. Nobody is talking about his achievements as the general secretary. If leadership was all about old faces, then the presidency in Ghana should rotate between John Agyekum Kufour and John Mahama. These are the old faces when it comes to Ghanaian president's. Akuffo Addo has never been president anywhere before taking over as such in 2017, can one conclude by saying his abysmal performance is because he is a new face as president. Was John Boadu a general secretary anywhere before he contested for the general secretaryship position for the first time? In any case how do people gain experience? Can you gain experience as a driver, a teacher, a nurse, a doctor if you have never driven a car, have never taught a student in a classroom, have never interacted with a patient? When they talk they should know there are people who are far more experienced than them.
