"Kufuor is seen as the standard in the party...party members refer to Kufuor a lot because they have had the chance to reevaluate his tenure...the truth of the matter is that there's a lot of disappointment, anger with leadership, the President, all around..." Former Minister of Energy, Mr Boakye Agyarko said on Peace FM's The Platform programme.

You are a big disgrace to the NPP fraternity.....pissing in is not going to help you in any way. Why are you so bitter? Is it because you made an unpardonable mistake and got fired
John Agyekum Kufuor, undoubtedly the most outstanding president of the fourth republic. The man knew what he was about, he had his ears on the ground. Kufour and his appointees had an enviable skill of moving party and government together. His pro poor policies are still benefitting Ghanaians i.e. School feeding program, metro mass transport, capitation grant, free uniform for basic school pupils, national health insurance scheme , millennium challenge account ( N1 highway in Accra), micro finance and small loans sector (MASLOC) to give soft loans to small scale businesses, national youth employment program (NYEP), built 2 brand new stadia in Takoradi and Tamale to host CAN 2008, built a brand new office for the presidency (Jubilee house), before then all former prsidents were using the Osu castle,a colonial edifice as the seat of government, built jubilee parks in all 10 regional capitals then, started the dualization of the Accra-Kumasi road, constructed the Bui hydro electric dam, made the private sector the engine of growth , under him local banks had accumulated so much capital and were chasing customers/ workers to come and pick loans, some NPP youth who were hitherto unknown were assisted to become businessmen. Under kufour we saw a vibrant NPP for 8 years running to the extent that after 8 years in office, it's new flag bearer Akuffo addo led with 49% in the first round of elections in 2008 meaning the NPP was still the preferred party of majority of voters. With all these why won't kufour be the goal post ( standard measure). Unfortunately those who have taken over the mantle have only succeeded in making the NPP not only unattractive but unpopular. The first ever stoning of an MP was in the NPP's stronghold of Ashanti, not even in a rural area but the capital, not any ordinary MP ooooo but the majority leader, enough evidence to prove that the rank and file of the party is not happy with the leadership both at the level of the party and government. With all these people still talk of 'breaking the 8', interestingly some have no child of 18 years and above the minimum age requirement to vote in Ghana, so question; who's 18 year old and above are you relying on to 'break the 8' for you to come and misbehave? 2024 will be very interesting. The power of the people is stronger than the people in power will be on display, it's just a matter of time.
Mr. Know It All, this won't earn you a single vote.
You'll never become President so stop this pissing in attacks
