Allotey, is it because of your stomach or what? AMOAKO Atta, Ofori Atta, Atta Akyea all must go for spoiling Ghana for us. Have you forgotten the Road toll? They shd be prepared to hand over immediately.
Another boot licker. What yardstick did you use to measure the output and performance of all road ministers from from independence to present? A minister who goes ahead to suspend a reliable source of funding for the road sector i.e. road tolls and turn round to say he's relying on E-levy, a tax which can easily be avoided legally to pay road contractors. Now we are being told government is getting only 10% of the expected revenue from E-levy so how is Amoako Atta going to pay road contractors some of whom have not been paid after handing over works they executed for close to 3 years. Is Allotey jacobs aware that long vehicles from Burkina Faso, Mali and Niger cross over into Ghana all the way to our ports, load heavy goods and equipment using our roads free of charge from and to? Is Allotey Jacobs aware that Ghanaian vehicles that cross over into these countries mentioned pay road tolls in and out? Of one were to ask Allotey jacobs to list all the road ministers and the jobs they executed during their tenure, can he? If he means his words he should come out with the statistics. This are the sort of praise singers who are helping to sink Ghana.
Hahahaaaa, best roads minister since independence is an understatement. He's the best roads minister from the Ancient Ghana empire under the leadership of Mansa Musah to date. Keep tickling yourself and laugh.
