The Former Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Ghana Chamber of Bulk Oil Distributors, Senyo Hosi says the government should shun apportioning blames and accept their failure to manage the economy well.
He claimed the Russian invasion of Ukraine and the COVID-19 pandemic should not be the excuse for Ghana’s ailing economy.
“The main issue is our internal management, we call it Fiscal matters, we did not take that seriously . . . Ken Ofori-Atta knows we goofed big time,” he said, adding that fundamentally we did not do things right.
Despite the government’s recent efforts to revive the economy, Senyo Hosi told NEAT FM’s morning show, 'Ghana Montie', that “more can be done to make it a better one.”

Look at the criminal blaming the government for prudent in fiscal management. You and your cohorts milked mother Ghana dry when you were the CEO of BOST. You had a criminal gang who used to deposit oil with BOST and dubiously reports the missing of the oil and collect huge sums of money from the government. Ever since the NPP took power it has been stopped. Now your source of cheap money is curtail hence the bitterness. You stood for NDC parliamentary primary and lost. Your party will not come to party in 2024 so that you and your Ali baba and forty ***barred word*** will have a fill day. Afiafitor.
