The aspirant was spotted crowded by what looked like supporters and some delegates of the NDC at a voting center.
She came out of her vehicle spraying lots of cash with the crowd going into a frenzy to pick up the money.

You failed to tell us whether she was able to win after spraying cash. What we are witnessing in this NDC primaries is that money is taken over Ghana politics. However capable with all the good intentions for this country, if you don't money forget it , you can never be an MP, mmdce not to talk of wanting to be president. They will definitely look for their monies back when they form the government. When will they finish hunting for these monies spent and now think of the country. Elections/ political office in Ghana is becoming a lotto business. Once you win your numbers have dropped so you need hundred times what you spent in staking the political lotto. If you are a ***barred word*** and you have money in Ghana you can be president or mp. If people in opposition can spray cash on people then when it comes to the turn of those governing to also organize their primaries hmmmmmm. Ghana is in trouble . In my constituency an aspirant who lost gave each polling station executives comprising 9 people GHC 7,200.00 multiplied by 200 polling stations. It tells you there is money in Ghana politics so university professors, medical doctors, lawyers, engineers, accountants, teachers , nurses, drivers, restaurant operators, market women, farmers, house wives, driver mates , cooks, watchmen all want to be MP's. The pull factor in Ghana politics is overwhelming . God save us
