Popular actress Khareema Aguiar on Saturday laid to rest remains of her late father who died early May after battling an undisclosed ailment.
A burial church service was held for him at the St Theresa’s Parish at the Awudome roundabout in Accra before he was finally laid to rest at the Awudome Cemetery Saturday morning.
The funeral ceremony was attended by a number of personalities including popular actors Yvonne Nelson and Bismark The Joke who went to support their colleague.
Khareema is one of Ghana’s talented actresses. She has been around for a while and has featured in a number of movies including Shirley Frimpong Manso’s directed Checkmate, Yvonne Nelson’s produced If Tomorrow Never Comes, Turn Me On by Roger Quartey and others.
She came into the limelight via the television series, ‘All That Glitters’ on TV3 in 2005. Since then, she has never looked back.
