A two Day, structured lecture series geared at educating and providing the necessary foundations and tools required in entering the foreign market as a Ghanaian Musician.
The extensive globalization of Music now has contributed greatly to the easier crossover of some African Artists and their thriving intercultural transitions. How can we do the same effectively and successfully?
The Workshop is to educate Ghanaian music stakeholders on defining what we have to offer, familiarize the attendees with the Technical and Scientific aspect of producing, mixing and mastering our music.
It will streamline the steps to strengthen and encourage the need to seek available resources to meet the required and acceptable Industry Standards. A physical demonstration on the effects of proper structuring of songs, mixing and mastering will help identify some of our local constraints.
It will introduce attendees to foreign expertise, their Influences and benefits to our Style of Music, like Germany.
A structured and concise segment of this workshop will also avail attendees with the legalities and policies of the industry as a whole like copyright, publishing and licensing issues.
And finally but very importantly, how industry stakeholders can structurally utilize all these resources and tools to market themselves globally.
