Information available to Peacefmonline.com indicates that Ghanaian Highlife musician, Kofi B, born Kofi Boakye Yiadom, has passed away.
The cause of death is not yet confirmed but according to Highlife musician Kofi Nti, he was complaining of 'heart ache'
In an interview on Peace FM, Kofi Nti indicated that the 'Bantama Kofi Boakye' hitmaker, died in the Central Region in the early hours of Sunday, February 2, 2020.
Kofi B is widely acclaimed and well known for hit songs like Mmbrowa, Bantama Kofi Boakye, Koforidua Flowers and many more.

About Kofi B
Kofi Boakye Yiadom was a modern-day highlife musician who stayed true to the rudiments of the highlife genre.
Kofi B before his music career had always wanted to be a lawyer. According to the late musician, he chanced on music even though his family had a liking for music.
Kofi B was from a poor family and had to hawk on the streets to make earns meet. His father died when he was 5.
He counted Amakye Dede, Kojo Antwi, Ofori Amponsah and the late Opampuo as his inspirations.
