Shatta Wale’s former manager, Artiste manager and repertoire at Zylofon Music, Bulldog has expressed sadness in Charterhouse for failing to ‘gift’ the Reggae/Dancehall artiste Year award to Shatta Wale.
According to him, since Shatta Wale won the Best Dancehall/Reggae Song of The Year, he should have been given the Reggae/Dancehall artiste of the Year award in addition.
“You know, in all this, I think we should also blame the VGMAs board and Charterhouse as well. How can Shatta Wale win Dancehall song of the year & not win Reggae/Dancehall Artiste of the year? No, this shouldn’t have happened at all.”
“Once Shatta won song of the year, then he has to also win the Artiste of the year for the same category”, he stated this during an interview on Citi TV.
