An Accra Magistrate Court has acquitted and discharged Ghanaian Boxer, Braimah Kamoko popularly known as Bukom Banku who was charged on two counts of assault and causing unlawful arm.
In his judgement, presiding judge, Justice Stephen Owusu, said he struck out the case because the complainant, Martha Nelson presented a letter to court saying the case has been settled amicably at home.
The 38-year-old popular boxer was charged for unlawful assault on Martha Nelson on the 11th of August, 2016 at James Town in Accra.
In the said event, he also “intentionally and unlawfully caused damage to a Nokia phone valued GHC40.00” belonging to the woman.
In March this year, the cruiserweight champion Braimah Kamoko was also arrested and detained for assaulting four ladies after a confrontation.

PEACE FM your heading for this case is misleading. It should have been Bukom Banku Assault case settled amicably at home. It looks like the Judge set him free but that is not it. We all know what would have happened if "out of court settlement" had not taken place.
