Asante Kotoko will begin their Caf Champions League campaign in Senegal if they confirm their participation to play in the competition.
The Porcupine Warriors play ASC Linguere when the preliminary stage of the competition begins in February next year.
The first leg will be honoured in Senegal on the weekend of 12-14 February and the return leg fixed for 28 February at a yet-to-be named venue.
The two-time African champions are yet to complete a two home match ban after riotous fans attacked referee Kofi Kodja in a 2008 Confederation Cup match.
The winner of the Kotoko-Linguere clash advance to meet the either Djoliba of Mali or Libyan side Benghazi at the 1/16th stage.
