Ex-international Augustine Arhinful believes Ghana striker Dominic Adiyiah deserves a better club than Turkish second-tier side Karsiyaka.
Adiyiah, 21, joined the ambitious side on a season-long loan deal from European giants AC Milan in a surprise move.
Arhinful believes the 2009 World Youth best player could have joined a highly-rated club in a renowned league.
I think he could have made a better move. Belgium, Denmark and Holland could have been better than a Turkish second division side but all the same its good. Dede did the same thing Arles in France and he became a better player. Let us hope he does well there, he told Accra-based Happy FM.
Adiyiah completed his controversial move to Turkish second division side Karsiyaka last week at the displeasure of his agent.
He is yet to hog the headlines again.
