Ghana coach Kwesi Appiah believes he has enough cover for suspended left-back Richard Kissi-Boateng ahead next weeks qualifier against Lesotho.
The TP Mazembe player was sent off in the 26th minute for fouling a Sudanese player inside the box as Ghana beat the Nile Crocodiles 3-1 in Omdurman.
Kissi-Boateng has been ruled out for their Group D penultimate fixture in Maseru but that should not be a problem for trainer Appiah who can rely on right-footed Harrison Afful.
Also available for selection is Greuther Furth youngster Baba Abdul Rahman
I always make sure I have two players in each position, Appiah told www.ghanafa.org
All the players are always are trying to compete with each other so once there is an injury or someone is shown a red card, it shouldnt be problem.
He added that: I have got two alternatives, [I have] got Baba Rahman and Harrison Afful as well, who can play that position.
I dont think it would be a problem. What we need to do is to plan our tactics and strategy well in case there is any injury or dismissal along the line, so that the other players can step in.
Ghana will need to tame the Crocodiles to keep the qualification campaign on course.
