Accra Hearts of Oak would on Monday submit a 26-man squad to the Ghana Football Association (GFA) ahead of their CAF Confederations Cup campaign, Ghanasportsonline can confirm.
�Our squad is ready and would be submitted to GFA on Monday and later sent to CAF ahead of the competition, �top Hearts official disclosed.
The team, hoping to restore their past glory are expected to present a very strong squad which would include new signings Vincent Atinga, Shaun October, Kwame Kizito, Richard Yamaoh, Abdullai Soulama and Seidu Mutawakilu.
Old players including team captain Robin Gnagne, Kofi Abanga and Thomas Abbey would also be named in the squad.
Hearts would be playing in the Confederations Cup after Inter Alllies, runners up of last season�s FA Cup pulled out of the competition due to financial restraints.
The Phobians are hoping to make a huge impression at this year�s competition in a bid to redeem their image at the African stage.
