The National Youth Organizer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Henry Nana Boakye, popularly known as Nana B has revealed the National Democratic Congress (NDC) threatened its Members of Parliament (MP) to bus people to the just ended 'Kum Yen Preko' demonstration or risk losing their seat.
The 'Kum Yen Preko' protest which was held on Tuesday, 9th July 2019, according to the Coalition for Social Justice (CSJ) was against what they describe as hardship, insecurity, and oppression experienced under the current Akufo-Addo administration.
Nana B who was contributing to a panel discussion on Peace FM morning show 'Kokrokoo', further revealed that the MPs held a meeting prior to the demonstration to strategize how to respond to the threats and maintain their seat.
"they really suffered in getting the 7000 people to attend the demo. The MPs had to bus people and give them money to attend the demonstration. I can say for a fact. They were threatened that if they don't bring people from their constituency, they will lose their seat" Nana B disclosed.

Ndc will never come back to power tweeaaa over the dead bodies of Ghanaians. Let's hold an election today with your demonstration ndc will lose, but who diesnt know ndc rallies are fake they always bus people and what us new in their opposition they can bring their 4 million 2016 voters on the street they will lose ! they talk of economy how dud you leave it under IMF ? you see we don't have to argue with drunkards and addicts who turn to forget their own mistakes and blame everyone for their woes ! Ndc will rot in opposition ! whether demo or no Demo who cares? Ghana is moving forward!
Bussing or not,it was their right. But the issues raised suggest the protesters were made up of NDC members who have never agreed with this Government on its policies.Thank God that this time there were no anti free SHS placards.
EVEN IF THEY DID BUS PEOPLE TO GROUNDS AND SO WHAT.. TELL YOUR INCOMPETENT BAWUMIA AND HIS PRESIDENR TO FIX THE ECONOMY AS THEY PROMISED TO DO...
I thought they said their work was sacrificial so why then; and Mr.Youth organizer are you ok with the economy. Just advice the government to tackle the basics
So WHAT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Are you a member of the NDC? You have no work there so ***barred word***
And only peacefmonline.com and despite media will publish such a story. Keep protecting your government but it will not last forever. Hypocrites
