Ghana Under-23 coach Akwasi Appiah has named in-form midfielder Emmanuel Agyeman-Badu in his 20-man squad for this weekend�s All Africa Games qualifier against Nigeria.
The Udinese player scored in Ghana�s 3-1 win over Congo early this month in a 2012 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier at home. He will be joined by 2009 Fifa Under-20 team mates Rabiu Mohammed, Daniel Opare, Samuel Inkoom and Gladson Awako.
National Under-20 quartet Richmond Boakye Yiadom, Afriyie Acquah, Masahudu Alhassan and Jordan Ayew made the cut. The team wrapped up preparations at the Tema Sports Stadium on Wednesday afternoon by beating lower side Prampram FC 1-0.
The Black Meteors will leave for Nigeria on Thursday morning.
The first leg assigment will be played at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium, Benin State.
